5) Resistance to weather: A PC sheet has resistance to bad weather and
maintains excellent properties in a wide temperature range from -40

6) Inhibiting condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0oC
and the indoor temperature is 23oC, the PC sheet will be
condensation up to 80% humidity
7) Thermal insulation: The K-value of glass is 1.2 times that of solid

한국 소방 산업 기술원의 엉터리 검정 기준에 대한 지적 사항 가). 같은 압력을 내장하는 현재의 스프레이식 소화기의 깡통은 박판인 경우에 0.18mm로 생산되여 형식 승인 받아서 시중에 팔리고 있는 현실로 보아서, 수동식 소화기의 본체의 뚜께가 0.71mm이상이어야 한다는 것은 서로 모순이 되여도 유분수 이며, 스프레이식으로 소화구를 3.3kg짜리 소화구를 얼마던지 만들 수 있어요! 압력을 내장하는 용기는 그 크기에 관계없이 같은 뚜께에 압력을 받기에 크기에는 전혀 상관이 없음을 교수님도 잘 알고 있지요??? 나). 왜 알류미늄은 최저 파괴압력X0.8인데 반하여(쇠처럼 같이 적용하지 않고 오히려 더 적게 적용하면서<알미늄의 인장강도는 쇠 보다 적어요!!!>, 하필이면, 합성 수지 경우에 더 알미늄 보다 3 배 이상이나 강하게 적용하는지 이는 분명히 일부러 고의로 나를 골탕 먹일려고 하는 "한국 소방 산업 기술원"의 악랄한 수작임이 분명하며, <합성 수지가 소화기 본체의 용기로 적용하게 된 것은 바로 본인이 공갈 협박으로 이루어진 결과이기에, 일부러 이 개 자식들이 나를 골탕 먹일려고 합성 수지를 소화기 용기에 적용 가능하도록 하면서{아예 적용을 안 시키면, 내가 맘대로 만들 수 있기에, 이를 막기위해서}그 적용 강도등으로 나를 견제하고 "누드 소화기"를 못 만들려고 하는 악랄한 작전>, 이는 논리적으로도 설명을 할 수 없는 엄청난 모순입니다.... 다). 어찌되였던, 소화기가 압력을 소화약제의 원활한 방출을 위하여 사용되며(내장 압력이 전혀 없는 "투척용 소화구"도 있는데!!!!), 어째서 외피 재질에 따라 그 압력을 달리 적용한다는 건지 당체 이해가 되지 않아요!!! 알미늄이 적게 적용되는 것은 오일 금속의 "조용백"사장을 봐 주기위한 작전이며, 오히려 알미늄도 쇠 보다는 더 타이트하게 적용을 해야 하는데, 오히려 줄여 주는 행우지를 하고 있었음을 교수님도 아셔야 합니다...... 라). 오히려 소화기 종류는 내장되는 소화약제의 종류에 따라 그 최저 압력 적용 압력이 달라져야 하며(투척용 소화기는 전혀 압력이 내장 안되고, 하론은 1301이 1211보다 적용 압력이 높고, Co2 소화약제는 아주 고압이여야 액화 되기에 적용 압력이 약 150kgf/cm2이상이여야 하며, 그래서 Co2소화기는 무지 무지하게 그 뚜께가 뚜꺼울 수 밖에 없어요!! 마). 요즈음 중국에서는 1.0mm 열연 강판으로 수동식 소화기를 만들어서 전 세계에 수출하고 있으며, 스프레이식 소화기와 같은 압력을 가진 수동식 소화기가 왜 같은 쇠인데, 수동식은 0.71mm이상이여야하고, 스프레이는 날이 갈 수록 그 뚜꼐가 점점 얇아 지고 있어요(원래 2.0mm에서 현재 1.8mm로 낮아 지고 있어요, 포스코에 한번 물어 보세요!왜 1.8mm 박판이 2.0mm박판과의 차이를!!!!!!!!!!! 바). 더 찾아 봐야 겠지만, PC에 적용되는 안전율 3 내지 5를 적용하는 것을 이해 할 수가 없고요!, PC는 그 뚜께가 5mm일 때 그 사출 성형이 건조되는 최적 최고 뚜께임으로 그 뚜께가 더 뚜껍다고 해서 그 인장강도 등 물성이 강해지는 것이 절대로 아닙니다,,,,,PC를 뚜꺠 5mm이상 제조하는 것은 아무 의미가 없어며, 오히려 5 mm 뚜께의 피시를 따로 생산하여 서로 본드로 부치거나 접합하여 사용하는 것이 더 좋은 결과를 가져 옵니다.... 사). 소화기가 무슨 놈의 강력한 위험 물질인 것처럼 엄살 부리면서, 권위 의식과 악랄한 검증 기준으 소화기 계통의 업자를 말살 시키는 한국 소방 산업 기술원의 용도 폐기를 주장하는 나의 근본적인 주장입니다.....

왜 여태까지 누드/투명 소화기가 없었는지에 대하여 간략하게 설명 드리면,
1. 지금 현재 많은 소화기에 사용되고 있는 분말 소화 약제는 적은 방출압력(통상 사용 압력 최대 9.8kgf/cm2)으로 가능하고 (Co2는 200kgf/cm2, Halon은 최소 20kgf/cm2가 방출 압력이 필요하니, 그 실린더 용기가 안전해야 하는 이유로 굉장히 뚜꺼운 실린더 용기가 필요합니다), 이 때문에 소화약제를 담는 용기 실린더가 옛날 Co2 혹은 하론 보다 뚜꺼워야 할 필요가 없고, 약해도 되니까 알미늄/쇠 소화기 실린더 뚜께가 점점 얇아져 가고, 심지어 중국에서는 쇠 1.0T(국내에서는 1.2T)의 소화기가 대량생산 되고 있습니다. 따라서 약한 질소가스를 내장하는 분말 소화기에는 최대 20kgf/cm2의 압력을 견디는 실린더 용기가(실험압력 최대 20-40kgf/cm2, 통상 압력 9.8kgs/cm2-주위에 있는 소화기에 표시 되여 있습니다) 필요할 뿐입니다.
2. 여러분도 알다시피 소화기는 분말 약제가 굳는다는 시중의 인식에서 소화기 안이 들여다 보여야 더 좋고, 심지어 창(폴리카보네이트)이 달린 소화기가 개발되여, 현재 시중에 팔리고 있습니다. 소화기에 달린 압력 게이지를 믿을 수 없고, 또 안심이 안되니 소화기 안이 들여다 보이게 하는 이유입니다, 이를 위해서 소화기는 누드/투명/반투명 실린더 용기가 필요 한 이유입니다.

* 국내 소화기에 대한 내구 연한이 없어서 충약 업자들의 횡포 및

이를 대기 중의 수분과 차단 시키기 위해서 실리콘(유리 코팅)으로 각 분자를 싸도록

전기 오븐에서 꾸워서 소화기 약재로 사용하는 것입니다,,,
3. 문제는 같이 축압하는 질소 가스(싸구려이고, 소화기에 쓰는 이유는 단순히
*
소화기 분말을 소화기로 부터 불어 내는 역활을 하는 것임-옛날 가압식
*
소화기에는 Co2를 소불알 처럼 밀봉하여 같이 넣어서 그 압력으로 압력을 加하여
*
소화기 분말 약재를 불어 낸다고 하여 "加壓式(가압식)"소화기라 하였고,
*
축압식이라는 말은 질소 가스와 함께 가스를 분말과 함께 집어 넣는 다고 하여
*
"蓄壓式(축압식)" 소화기라고 합니다.
이 질소 가스는 기본적으로 0.3퍼센트의 수분을 가진 불순물이고(그래서 싸구려
*
이고, 수분을 0.3퍼센트이니 보통 무시하는 정도) 이게 축압식 소화기에 분말
*
가루와 함께 장시간 있으면(보통 소화기 하나 사면 최소 1년을 그냥 세워 두니깐)
*
질소 가스에 들어 있는 수분이 위로 뜨고, 또 완전히 실리콘 코팅 되지 않았거나,
*
깨어진 실리콘 분자 사이에 있는 제일 인산염과(이놈도 유리에 제대로 코팅 되여
*
싸여진 놈은 가라 앉아 있고) 가벼운 실리콘 코팅이 제대로 되지 않은 놈 및 안에서
*
서로 비비고 부딛쳐 깨어진 분말도 가벼워서 위로 뜨니까, 소화기 밸브 (목 부분)에
*
서로 접촉이 쉬운 상태로 소화기 안에서 서로 만나서 질소가스의 수분과 이 분말이
*
서로 만나서 자그마한 알갱이가 되고 이 알갱이가 바로 소화기의 약재가 방출되는
*
밸브(목부분에 손잡이를 눌렀을때 안으로 스프링이 들어가고 그 사이로 분말이
*
질소 가스의 힘으로 방출되는 그 틈사이에 "O-Ring" 과 스프링 사이 주위에 이
*
자그마한 알개이가 이슬 (이게 바로 소화기 검정에서 이슬점 검사인지 모르지만?)
*
처럼 맺혀 있는 것입니다,,,
4. 이 조그마한 알갱이는 지금이라도 소화기를 뜯어 보아서 밸브를 완전 분해
*
하여 보면 이슬이 새로 만든 새 소화기도 있는 것을 알 수 있습니다..
5. 소화기 분말은 실리콘 코팅이 되여 모래알이나, 유리알 처럼 되여 있어서,
*
나오는 구멍에 약간말 막혀도 뒤에 있는 모래가 밀고 못 나오는 것을 상식이
*
있는 사람은 다 알고 있고, 또 실제로 소화기 분말을 제대로 만져 보거나 물에
*
썪어 본 사람은 이 소화기 분말이 얼마나 신기한지 알고 있습니다,, 절대로 물과
*
썪이지 않고(왜냐면 실리콘 코팅이 되여 있는 유리 모래알이 니까) 저희들 끼리도
*
절대로 엉기지 않고(절대로 서로 붙지 않고) 별도 별도로 되여 있는 유리알이나
*
모래알입니다,,, 우리가 모래알을 어디에 조그만 구멍에 넣기는(사우나 등에서의
*
모래시계를 생각해 봐요)실제로 불가능한데, 질 소 가스의 압력으로 이를 통과
*
시키는데 그 주둥이 나오는 부분에 이슬이 맺혀서 막고 있으면 뒤에 많은 양의
*
소화기 분말이 밀고 못나오고 그 알개이 사이로 질소 가스만 빠져 나와서 소화기
*
안에 있는 진짜 분말이 나오는 것이 아니고 안에 있는 미세한 소화기 분말만 방출이
*
되는 것이니 소화기의 소화능력(영어로 Fire Suppression Capability)이 현저히
*
떨어지고 소화기 분말이 소화기에서 방출되는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로 소화능력이
*
높은 분말은 방출이 안되고 그냥 질소 가스(이놈이 색깔이 흐였고, 꼭 소화기 분말
*
같고)와 먼지 같은 약한 소화 분말 약재만 방출되는 것입니다, 따라서 오래 된
*
소화기가 우연히 쏘아서 소화기 약재가 방출이 된다고 하더라도, 이는 소화 능력이
현저히 저하된 소화기 분말만 방출되는 것입니다,,
따라서 축압식 소화기는 그 기능상 수명을 1년 정도(소화기 한개의 가격이 3.3kg기준

11,000원입니다-정말 싸구려 제품이죠?)로 정하여 매 1년 마다 소화기는 새것으로
*
바꾸어 써야합니다.
6. 소화기 충약의 범법성
가). 절대로 소화기 약재를 새것으로 교환하여 충약하는 업체는 전국에 한군데도구

없고 전국의 충약 업체는 전부 그냥 소화기를 가져 갔다가 겉으로 빨간 뼁끼칠만 하고
*
스티커(소화기 점검 및 소화 약재 충약자 인적사항)한장 부쳐서 개당 적어도 3.3KG
*
개당 15,000원을 반 공갈 협박으로 받아먹는 전국적으로 충약업자가 활개 치고 있는

현실이고,

통계자료에 따르면 일반적으로 압력 용기속의 가스는 누설되어 연간 약 3%의 압력

저하를 가져온다고 합니다.
따라서 반영구적인 소화기는 절대로 있을수 없습니다.

충약 /충압 관련 제반 설비를 갖춘 곳에서 해야됩니다,
충약시 패킹용 고무링을 갈아 끼워야 합니다.
클린룸 시설이 된 장소에서
이물질의 혼입이 되지 않도록 하여 밀봉 패킹이 이루어져야 합니다.
소화기 내부에는 소화 약제가 들어 있습니다.
그런데 이 소화 약제는 보관상의 문제등으로 인하여 시간이 지날수록 굳음이 발생합니다.
소화 약제가 굳은 소화기는 성능을 발휘할 수 없습니다.

즉, 불이 나도록 일부 방조/방치/조장하고 있는 소방서 소방관들이 있다는

1. 쇠/알미늄/스텐레스 등으로 되여 있는 압력을 내장하는 실리더 용기의
누드/투명 플라스틱인 폴리카보네이트 혼합 합성 수지 플라스틱으로 개조
하여 가볍고, 저렴하고, 내용물이 밖에서 보여야 좋은 제품을 생산.
2. 불 끄는 소화기의 여러 형태, 일반 수동식 분말 소화기, 천정에
부착하는 자동 확산 소화기, 스프레이 형식으로 된 강화액 및 하론
소화약제 등으로 채워 진 소화기 실린더 용기를 개조하여 내용물의 상태를
용이하게 판별할 수 있게 함.
3. 내용물이 압력을 가져야 만 원활한 방출/분사가 되는 면도 거품 용기
(플라스틱 이기에 녹이 슬지 않는 장점 추가), 헤어 무스/스프레이, 향수

Engineering Plastics에 대하여는 더 이상 사장님에게 설명 드릴 필요가 없고요,
본인이 누드/투명 소화기를 창안 한 주 된 이유
1. 폴리카보네이트의 기술 개발
2. 消火器 藥製의 기술 개발(Co2, Halon등의 위험 물질에서 요즈음의 분말 消火약제, 강화액,AFFF 등, 만일의 경우에 우연히 방출 되여도 전혀 인체나 대기에 해롭지 않으면서 강력한 消火약제) 및 가격 인하(정말 쌉니다, kg당 1300원에서 1700원 사이)
3. 상기 2항에 준하여 최소 소화약제 방출 압력의 저하로 인하여 실린더 용기의 뚜께가 더 얇아도 되는 상황
4. 소화기는 가벼워야 사용이 편리하고, 또 소화기 비치가 법적으로 의무화 되기 시작 하였으며, 더욱 강화되고 있는 현 시장 상황이며
5. 소화기 혹은 소화기 약제에 대하여 본인 보다 더 잘 아는 사람이 한국에서는 전혀 없으며(전 세계적으로도!!!!),
6. 전 세계적으로 투명/누드 소화기가 개발 된 적이 없으며, 플라스틱 소화기도 전 세계적으로 개발 된 적이 있으나, 대량 생산 된 적이 없고, 현 시중에 없습니다,
7. 소화기는 안이 들여다 보이는 투명/누드 소화기가 필요하게 된 상황(시중에 안이 약간 들여다 보이는 "창 달린", "속 보이는" 소화기가 생산되여 팔리고 있습니다)
왜 여태까지 누드/투명 소화기가 없었는지에 대하여 간략하게 설명 드리면,
1. 지금 현재 많은 소화기에 사용되고 있는 분말 소화 약제는
적은 방출압력(통상 사용 압력 최대 9.8kgf/cm2)으로 가능하고 (Co2는 200kgf/cm2, Halon은 최소 20kgf/cm2가 방출 압력이 필요하니, 그 실린더 용기가 안전해야 하는 이유로 굉장히 뚜꺼운 실린더 용기가 필요합니다), 이 때문에 소화약제를 담는 용기 실린더가 옛날 Co2 혹은 하론 보다 뚜꺼워야 할 필요가 없고, 약해도 되니까 알미늄/쇠 소화기 실린더 뚜께가 점점 얇아져 가고, 심지어 중국에서는 쇠 1.0T(국내에서는 1.2T)의 소화기가 대량생산 되고 있습니다. 따라서 약한 질소가스를 내장하는 분말 소화기에는 최대 20kgf/cm2의 압력을 견디는 실린더 용기가(실험압력 최대 20-40kgf/cm2, 통상 압력 9.8kgs/cm2-주위에 있는 소화기에 표시 되여 있습니다) 필요할 뿐입니다.
2. 사장님도 알다시피 소화기는 분말 약제가 굳는다는 시중의 인식에서 소화기 안이 들여다 보여야 더 좋고, 심지어 창(폴리카보네이트)이 달린 소화기가 개발되여, 현재 시중에 팔리고 있습니다. 소화기에 달린 압력 게이지를 믿을 수 없고, 또 안심이 안되니 소화기 안이 들여다 보이게 하는 이유입니다, 이를 위해서
소화기는 누드/투명/반투명 실린더 용기가 필요 한 이유입니다.
3. 누드/투명하고, 압력을 견디는 플라스틱은 현재 폴리카보네이트 혼합 합성 수지 밖에 없고, 최근에 SABIC Plastic(구 GE Plastic), Buyer Makatlon, LG PolyChem에서 활발히 개발하고 있는 PC 혹은 PC/Pet 혼합물 등이 최근에 개발 되여 나오기 전 까지는 투명/누드 소화기는 상상도 못할 제품이었습니다, 가볍고 강한 다른 플라스틱(즉, MC900, Acetyle, Nylon Double Glass등등은 싸고 폴리카보네이트 보다 강하나, 투명하지 않고, PP/Pet/PVC등은 내장 압력을 견디지 못하고(분말 혹은 강화액 소화기에 필요한 최소 압력), PE/PS는 압력을 견디나, 뚜께가 PC 보다는 뚜꺼워야 하고 하니까, 여태까지 PC가 더욱 개발 되기 전까지는 투명/누드 소화기는 상상도 할 수 없는 제품이었습니다.
4. 지금까지 불 끄는 소화기 안에 들어 있는 소화약제가 환경 문제가 제기 전 까지 개발 된 것이 Co2, Halon등 消火 능력은 뛰어 나고 강력하나, 일단 소화기로 사용할 시에 문제가 많습니다, Co2는 사용시 동상 또는 질식 당하기 쉽고(대기 중에 산소를 없애고, 탄산 가스로 가득 채우니, 불 끄다 오히려 질식하여 죽게 됩니다), Halon은 대기 중에 오존을 파괴하니 몬트리올 협약에 의하여, 앞으로 전 세계에서 생산이 중단 될 것입니다(국내에서도 생산 금지 되였음).
이를 대체하여 개발 된 것이 요즈음 흔히 보는 분말 소화기 약제이고, 이는 원래 인산 비료이며, 대기중에 방출시, 산소를 없애지 않고, 불을 끌 수 있고, 만일에 우연히 방출시 전혀 인체에 해롭지 않고, Co2. Halon 보다 방출 압력이 약해도 사용이 가능합니다

1) Impact strength: The impact strength of solid PC sheets is 250 times
that of glass, and the impact strength of hollow PC sheets is 80 times
that of glass
2) Light weight: the weight of a solid PC sheet is only about half of
glass, and the weight of a hollow PC sheet is only about one twelfth
at the same thickness
3) Transparency: The light transmission of a 3mm solid PC sheet is 88%,
and the light transmission of a6mm hollow PC sheet is 80%
4) UV-protection: A PC sheet is co-extruded with a high-density ultra
violet ray that also keeps the PC sheet from discoloring
5) Resistance to weather: A PC sheet has resistance to bad weather and
maintains excellent properties in a wide temperature range from -40
to 120oC
6) Inhibiting condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0oC
and the indoor temperature is 23oC, the PC sheet will be
condensation up to 80% humidity
7) Thermal insulation: The K-value of glass is 1.2 times that of solid
a PC sheet and is 1.7 times that of a hollow PC sheet. PC sheets
saves energy while preventing heat loss
8) Sound insulation: The hollow form and polycarbonate resin offers
significant advantage to that of glass
9) Flame Resistance: Through testing by the National Center for Quality
Supervision & Testing of Fire Building Materials, the material is
rated as Class B1 according to QB8624-1997 standards
10) Easy installation: A PC sheet can be bent while hot or cold and can
be used on curved roves and windows. The minimum radius of curvature
of a PC sheet is 175 times of its thickness.

Other Chemical properties of PC;
1) Impact strength: The impact strength of solid PC sheets is 250 times that of glass, and the impact strength of hollow PC sheets is 80 times that of glass
2) Light weight: the weight of a solid PC sheet is only about half of glass, and the weight of a hollow PC sheet is only about one twelfth at the same thickness
3) Transparency: The light transmission of a 3mm solid PC sheet is 88%, and the light transmission of a6mm hollow PC sheet is 80%
4) UV-protection: A PC sheet is co-extruded with a high-density ultra violet ray that also keeps the PC sheet from discoloring
5) Resistance to weather: A PC sheet has resistance to bad weather and maintains excellent properties in a wide temperature range from -40 to 120oC
6) Inhibiting condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0oC and the indoor temperature is 23oC, the PC sheet will be condensation up to 80% humidity
7) Thermal insulation: The K-value of glass is 1.2 times that of solid a PC sheet and is 1.7 times that of a hollow PC sheet. PC sheets saves energy while preventing heat loss
8) Sound insulation: The hollow form and polycarbonate resin offers significant advantage to that of glass
9) Flame Resistance: Through testing by the National Center for Quality Supervision & Testing of Fire Building Materials, the material is rated as Class B1 according to QB8624-1997 standards 10) Easy installation: A PC sheet can be bent while hot or cold and can be used on curved roves and windows. The minimum radius of curvature of a PC sheet is 175 times of its thickness.
